Platform Rules & User Conditions

Nocte is a scenario-based visual transformation service operated by Nocte Team. By accessing or using the Nocte application, you agree to the conditions described below. If you do not accept these Terms, you should discontinue use of the service.
These Terms define the boundaries of acceptable use, user responsibility, intellectual property rights, and service limitations.
Use of Nocte is restricted to individuals who are at least 17 years of age.
By using the application, you confirm that:
· You are 17 years of age or older
· You are legally permitted to use digital services in your jurisdiction
· You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
· You have the legal authority to upload and process any image you submit
If an uploaded image includes other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent.
Nocte provides AI-generated visual transformations based on user-selected scene or persona presets.
The service:
· Operates through internally managed AI systems
· Does not perform identity verification
· Does not conduct facial recognition
· Does not extract or store biometric identifiers
All outputs are automatically generated through algorithmic processes without human review.
Nocte provides creative stylization only and does not offer professional, legal, or identity-related services.
You retain ownership of the images you upload.
You agree not to upload content that:
· Infringes intellectual property rights
· Violates privacy or publicity rights
· Contains unlawful, abusive, or misleading material
· Impersonates any person or entity
You are solely responsible for how you use both uploaded content and generated outputs.
You may not:
· Reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying software or AI models
· Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service
· Resell or commercially exploit the app without authorization
· Use the app in violation of any applicable law
Violation of these restrictions may result in access suspension.
Generated images are produced algorithmically and may vary in quality, interpretation, or stylistic accuracy.
Nocte does not guarantee:
· Specific artistic results
· Continuous or uninterrupted availability
· Error-free processing
All outputs are provided on an “as available” basis.
If certain features require payment, transactions are processed through the platform provider (such as Apple). Nocte Team does not collect or store payment card information.
All purchases are subject to the platform’s billing policies.
Nocte Team may:
· Modify or update features
· Improve system functionality
· Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
· Restrict access if these Terms are violated
Users may discontinue use at any time.
Your use of Nocte is also subject to the Privacy Overview, which explains how uploaded images are processed, retained, and protected.
By using the service, you acknowledge that image processing occurs solely to generate requested outputs within internally controlled systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nocte Team is not liable for:
· Indirect or consequential damages
· Misuse of generated outputs
· Loss arising from user-uploaded content
· Service interruptions outside reasonable control
Use of the application is at your own discretion and risk.
These Terms may be revised as the service evolves or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
