Nocte is designed as a scenario-based visual transformation tool where users explore curated character themes and stylized environments. By selecting a preferred scene and uploading an image, the system generates a reimagined version aligned with the chosen creative concept.
This Privacy Overview outlines the boundaries of how information is handled during that process — what is involved in generating results, what is not collected, and how data remains confined to the functional scope of the service. Nocte operates on a limited-processing model, meaning images are used strictly to fulfill the specific request initiated by the user and are not repurposed beyond that interaction.
The sections below explain these practices in detail so you can clearly understand how your content is treated while using the app.
Nocte operates on a user-initiated processing model:
· You select a scene or persona style.
· You manually upload an image.
· The system processes the image to generate the requested output.
All AI image processing is conducted through infrastructure directly operated and controlled by Nocte Team.
Nocte does not use third-party AI APIs, external generative AI platforms, or independent AI marketplaces.
When you use the core feature, we process:
· The image you voluntarily upload
· The selected style or scene parameters
This content is used solely to generate your requested output.
For operational stability and security purposes, we may automatically collect minimal technical data such as:
· Device model
· Operating system version
· Anonymous crash diagnostics
· Basic server request logs
This information is not used for identity tracking or profiling.
Nocte does not:
· Collect names, phone numbers, or government identifiers
· Access contacts, messages, or unrelated files
· Perform facial recognition
· Extract biometric identifiers
· Create facial templates
· Track users across third-party apps or websites
The app does not request access to data beyond what is necessary for its core functionality.
Although uploaded images may contain faces, Nocte:
· Does not identify any individual
· Does not perform facial recognition
· Does not analyze biometric measurements
· Does not extract or store faceprints
· Does not build identity profiles
Faces are treated only as visual components within an image. No biometric identifiers are collected or retained.
Uploaded content is used exclusively for:
· Generating the selected AI scene or persona output
· Ensuring system functionality and performance
Uploaded images are not used for:
· Advertising
· Behavioral profiling
· Sale or monetization of user data
· Identity verification
· Training third-party AI systems
Data use is strictly limited to delivering the requested service.
Nocte does not sell, rent, or share user images or personal data with third parties.
Specifically:
· No image data is transmitted to external AI providers
· No generative AI processing occurs outside Nocte-controlled systems
· No advertising networks receive user content
If legally required under applicable law, we may comply with valid legal obligations.
Nocte processes data only after explicit user action:
· The app does not access your photo library without system-level permission.
· Images are uploaded only when you select them.
· By tapping the generate button, you consent to internal processing for that request.
You may choose not to upload content at any time.
Images are stored temporarily for processing purposes only.
· Processing files are automatically deleted after output generation.
· No long-term image archives are maintained on our servers.
· We do not build persistent image libraries tied to user identity.
Within the app, users may:
· View generated outputs in their in-app history
· Save outputs to their device
· Delete items from history at any time
Deleted content cannot be restored.
Temporary technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service integrity and security.
If applicable, payments are processed by the platform provider (such as Apple). Nocte Team does not collect or store payment card details.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously evaluate and enhance protection measures.
Nocte is not intended for children under the age of 17.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17 years of age. If such data is identified, it will be promptly removed.
This Privacy Overview may be updated to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised version.
